Vemos empresas que tienen mesas de ping pong o quiz\u00e1 pufs y consolas en la zona de descanso y pensamos que sus empleados deben ser los m\u00e1s felices. Pero realmente tendemos a omitir todos los otros factores que afectan la experiencia del empleado.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Hay que tener en cuenta que no es un tema lineal en lo absoluto, dependiendo del punto en el que se encuentre cada colaborador en su ciclo de vida las expectativas y c\u00f3mo percibe lo que recibe a cambio puede variar, inclusive de una persona a otra.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Con la experiencia del empleado buscamos que cada uno de los puntos de contacto que tiene el colaborador en el tiempo que hace parte de la compa\u00f1\u00eda sea memorable. Bien dijo Richard Branson, \u201cCuida a tus empleados, ellos cuidar\u00e1n de tus clientes\u201d, cuando contamos con empleados realmente felices y comprometidos, veremos un aumento en la productividad, reduciremos rotaci\u00f3n y nos posicionaremos como un lugar mucho m\u00e1s llamativo para desarrollar una carrera profesional.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

El Employee Journey Map nos permite profundizar mucho m\u00e1s dentro del ciclo de vida del empleado, al punto en el que podamos adaptar los proceso que tenemos dentro de nuestras organizaciones para los perfiles que requerimos.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

El primer paso para realizar el Employee Journey Map es definir el Employee LifeCycle (Conoce el ciclo de vida de un empleado). Con este vamos a entender cu\u00e1les son los puntos principales de contacto por los que pasan nuestros colaboradores. Una vez teniendo este ciclo definido, pasamos a preguntarnos \u00bfqu\u00e9 queremos revisar?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Hay una gran cantidad de variaciones para el Employee Journey Map, finalmente va a ser una herramienta que se ajusta a la medida de nuestras necesidades. Por lo tanto, vamos a comenzar <\/span><\/span>hablando de nuestros puntos de revisi\u00f3n recomendados y pasaremos adem\u00e1s por algunos puntos adicionales que podr\u00edan sumar valor en nuestro an\u00e1lisis.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Proceso:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Se hace una descripci\u00f3n del proceso que se lleva a cabo dentro de cada punto del ciclo de vida el empleado que hayamos definido. Es un punto principal de partida pues con este vamos a tener claras cu\u00e1les son las expectativas que tienen los colaboradores en determinado momento y nos servir\u00e1 como insumo para el resto de los pasos.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Responsable:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00bfQui\u00e9n es la persona o el equipo o el \u00e1rea encargada de llevar este proceso? \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 son ellos los encargados? \u00bfQui\u00e9n m\u00e1s podr\u00eda estar involucrado? Responder estas preguntas nos permitir\u00e1 tener una propuesta respecto al activo m\u00e1s importante de las empresas, las personas.Si las personas adecuadas est\u00e1n llevando este proceso, las probabilidades de \u00e9xito ser\u00e1n mayores.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Emoci\u00f3n:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Seguro este ser\u00e1 uno de los mayores retos a la hora de construir nuestro Employee Journey Map. En este punto debemos responder una pregunta que parece ser sencilla pero que podr\u00eda tener m\u00e1s matices de lo que nos imaginar\u00edamos. \u00bfC\u00f3mo se siente el colaborador en este punto? El objetivo siempre va a ser lograr la mejor emoci\u00f3n, lograr que el colaborador se sienta motivado, escuchado y que la organizaci\u00f3n se preocupa por \u00e9l, har\u00e1 que cada punto de contacto sea memorable.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Dolores:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Dolores de los colaboradores y dolores de marca. Dos elementos separados pero que se centran en el proceso actual en una igual proporci\u00f3n. \u00bfQu\u00e9 hay en nuestro proceso actualmente que nos est\u00e9 generando dificultades? \u00bfQu\u00e9 dificultades est\u00e1n presentando nuestros colaboradores en cada punto de contacto? Estos dolores ser\u00e1n los principales focos de mejora que definamos, pues estar\u00e1n relacionados con todo lo que ya hemos encontrado.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Indicadores operativos:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

En este punto indicamos c\u00f3mo se mide el proceso. Ac\u00e1 hablamos de indicadores como tasa de rotaci\u00f3n, retenci\u00f3n, ausentismo, capacitaci\u00f3n, etc. Cualquier indicador que nos ayude a definir el proceso y que servir\u00e1n como punto de referencia en cada punto de contacto para definir si nuestras acciones est\u00e1n teniendo un impacto significativo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Indicadores de experiencia:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Luego definimos cu\u00e1les indicadores de experiencia queremos medir. Estos indicadores nos sirven para entender c\u00f3mo se est\u00e1 percibiendo cada punto de contacto. Indicadores como el nivel de esfuerzo, nivel de satisfacci\u00f3n e incluso indicadores m\u00e1s transversales como el NPS nos permitir\u00e1n entender c\u00f3mo se est\u00e1 viviendo cada punto de contacto y si hay cambios en la actitud de los colaboradores al pasar de un punto de contacto a otro.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Hay otros elementos que podr\u00edamos tener en cuenta dentro de la creaci\u00f3n del Employee Journey Map y que podr\u00edan sumar valor dentro del estudio que estemos realizando. Temas como el valor a reflejar, los canales usados para cada proceso, ideas de los mismos colaboradores, entre otros m\u00e1s a la medida de nuestros procesos, nos ayudar\u00e1n a tener un Employee Journey Map m\u00e1s completo que nos ayudar\u00e1 en la toma de decisiones estrat\u00e9gicas. Incluso puede ser \u00fatil dise\u00f1ar unos arquetipos de cargos espec\u00edficos o por \u00e1reas, esto nos ayudar\u00e1 a enfocar las mejoras y a tener mejores resultados.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

El Employee Journey Map nos va a facilitar comprender c\u00f3mo est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado cada punto de contacto y c\u00f3mo debemos adaptar cada uno de ellos para lograr siempre la mejor experiencia posible para nuestros colaboradores, que siempre se sientan felices y orgullosos de desarrollar sus profesiones dentro de nuestra organizaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
